"GREEN IS A VERB"
Rev. Lyn Burton
Towards a theology of place: exploring the intersection of deep ecology and “Code Green”.

Join Rev. Burton following the service for a pot-luck lunch and a discussion.

If you can, please bring a lunch dish to share and join Rev. Burton over lunch following the service for a discussion of how our UU principles might inform how we read Thomas L. Friedman’s provocative new book "HOT, FLAT, AND CROWDED". In it, Friedman challenges the United States to step up now and take the lead in a worldwide effort to replace our wasteful, inefficient energy practices with a strategy for clean energy, energy efficiency, and conservation. How might we respond to these global challenges out of a theology of place?
