“IT’S THE NEW YEAR! OR IS IT?”

Probably every culture in the world celebrates the new year. Traditionally, though, different cultures celebrate different new year cycles. For some, the new year arrives with the coming of spring; for others, with the anticipation of winter. This service will be a celebration of the modern New Year’s Day, as well as a reflection on New Year’s traditions around the world and what they mean.
