"EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL - HOW ARE WE DOING?" Bill Neumann

Bill Neumann, a North Dakota Supreme Court Justice from 1993 to 2005, will present an overview on how justice is being served in North Dakota. He graduated from the University of North Dakota and Stanford Law School. He is currently the Executive Director of the North Dakota State Bar Association and is involved with the Joint Alternative Dispute Resolutions Committee.
