In this PBS video, Joseph Campbell discusses with Bill
Moyers the importance of accepting death as rebirth as in
the story of Christ or the myth of the buffalo, the rite of
passage in early societies, the role of mystical shamans,
and the decline of ritual in today's society. All are welcome
to stay for coffee and discussion.

SUMMER SUNDAY PROGRAMMING
The PBS Series: In "The Power of Myth", Bill Moyers
interviews the legendary Joseph Campbell in 1988,
shortly before Campbell's death. Campbell touches on
the major questions that humans have pondered over the
ages. Two videos will be shown each month this summer
at 9:00 AM at the UU. Childcare will be provided.
