Mark Ritchie, Minnesota Secretary of State, has spent much of his professional career encouraging people to participate in the public decision making process. This discussion will facilitate further insight in what this process means to Unitarian Universalists.
Mark and his wife, Nancy Gaschott are long-time members of the First Universalist Church in Minneapolis.
