“WINTER SOLSTICE: FINDING LIGHT IN DARK TIMES”
Rev. Christa Landon
What are the mysteries of Yuletide? Earth-centered traditions begin their religious reflections with a close observation of the natural world and then seek analogies with their lived experience. Each season of darkness and cold offers us questions, challenges and perspective for the hard nights which every human being must face. Together, we'll consider how we can keep faith with the Light.
Rev. Christa Landon holds a doctorate in ministry from Meadville/Lombard Theological School and is co-founder of the Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans. Since 1985 she has worked to bridge the Pagan movement with Unitarian Universalism. She writes and teaches theology in Minneapolis.
