Recipe: Breakfast Shake by Lynn Lahren

BREAKFAST SHAKE

Assemble all ingredients in a blender.

8 oz. soy milk (or a bit more)

ground flax seed

protein powder (soy)
Splenda to sweeten
1/4 banana and 1/4 apple

frozen strawberries, rhubarb, blueberries, or whatever fruit you have

4 ice cubes
